Our Story

Ayofunmi Special Education Consult was founded in 2024 by SEN. Babajide Oluwaseunayofunmi Adesina. He started his Special Education Journey at Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo where he obtained his National Certificate in Education in the course Special Education/Theatre Arts in the year 2012. He proceeded to the University of Ibadan in 2016 to obtain his first degree in Special Education/English Language.

After his graduation, he has worked as a special educator and a therapist. Places he had worked include Durbar Grammar School Special in Oyo, Safrel Speech & Language Development Center in Ikorodu, Maryland Nursery & Primary Inclusive School in Maryland Lagos, Mother Mi Safe Space for Special Children Foundation, Blessing UK Foundation, etc.

His passion for special education and his love for children with special needs made him to establish Ayofunmi Special Education Consult in 2024. The aim of the consult is to provide personalized support and therapies to help individuals with special needs thrive.
